Thank you! Thank you! Thanks to your generous support we received $66,898 to complete our Parking Lot fundraising. This included grants from the SC Johnson company, the Bay Area Community Foundation Community Initiative Fund, and the Osthelder Donor Advised Fund as well as contributions from more than 200 individual donors! This total was added to funds raised over the past two years to finally make our new parking lot a reality.

We are very grateful to the Russell H. and Maxine E. Smith Charitable Foundation, the Alden and Vada Dow Family Foundations, and the Maxwell K. Pribil Memorial Trust for believing in our vision for this project and providing early funding.

We also thank the Michigan Department for Environmental Quality and our construction partners at Serenus Johnson and Shaw Contracting for their help in resolving the issues with buried gas tanks and contaminated soil on the property.  Their efforts ensured an environmentally sustainable solution while keeping our costs as low as possible.

Adequate parking has been a challenge for a long time at Bay City Players and we are proud to make this new parking lot available to our patrons, especially those with limited mobility.  The lot is immediately adjacent to our property and offers 8 spots designated for those with mobility challenges.  Drive by and check it out!
